• Initial consultation to get to know each other and describe the planning process

• Assistance beginning 8 months prior to the event 

• Unlimited email communication & design advice

• Access to all WPB wedding planning documents including monthly checklists, budgeting forms, cost comparison spreadsheets, etc.

• All meetings for planning/detail confirmation

• Research and Select the following vendors: Florist, Photo, Video, Rentals, Music, Photo Booth, Lighting, Bakery, Hair, Makeup Artist, Etc.

• Contract review before signing with vendors

• Full communication with your vendors

• Proofread save the dates and invitations

• Last minute wedding detail confirmation

• Timeline creation

• Floor plan/seating chart creation

• Vendor confirmations

• Rehearsal coordination (2 hours)

• Complete day of coordination

• Set up of decorations

• Payment distribution

• Breakdown/collect and secure gifts & personal items

• Return any decorations or rentals if needed
