• Research and Select the following vendors: Venue , Florist, Photo, Video, Rentals, Music, Photo Booth, Lighting, Bakery, Hair, Makeup Artist, Etc.

• Provide referrals for Dress Boutiques, Officiants, Transportation, Etc. 

• Contract review before signing with vendors

• Full communication with your vendors

• Save the date and invitation assistance

• Last minute wedding detail confirmation

• Timeline creation

• Floor plan/seating chart creation

• Vendor confirmations

• Rehearsal coordination (2 hours)

• Complete day of coordination

• Set up of decorations

• Payment distribution

• Breakdown/collect and secure gifts & personal items

• Return any decorations or rentals if needed
